Dayou gold styrofoam is a single component with moisture curing polyurethane foam gap filling agent. Good performances in all kinds of filling; it introduce advanced technology from Europe, chooses high grade raw materials, and then according to strict manufacturing

Application

Constructions: sealing or filling most of the windows、doors and wall, sealing and water-proof of the roof seam, sealing all kinds of the electric-pipe.
Decoration: Used for covering and sealing the outer wall and curtain wall, install and sealing the sanitary of the kitchen, repair the holes and gap of the room, sticking the ceiling of the room and heat insulation.
Advertisement: Used for make module and sand table, sticking and repairing the panel. 

Product features:

1. The container normal use temperature:from+5℃ to +35℃
2. The best temperature: from+18℃ to + 25℃
3. Temperature resistance after curing ：from-30℃ to + 80℃
4. Foam can adhere to the surface of concrete、coating、wall、wood and plastic, but not include Teflon and silicone
5. No harm to human body after curing

Notice:

1. Clean floating ash and grease, then dampen the surface with water, before construction
2. Filling vertical slits, must form bottom to top (Pay attention to expansion performance of the foam)
3. Control the cock to keep the velocity of foam
4. Clean foam with special cleaner before curing
5. The foam tack-free time is 10 minutes, can cut after 20minutes, curing after 1 hour, reasch to stable in 3-5hours (Get all the data from laboratory)
6. This product can't prevent UV, so you can cover some other materials on the surface of the foam to against UV. (Such as: concrete、mortar and coating)

Notice:

1. This product contains trace harmful elements, so may irritate eyes、respiratory system and skin by inhalation and skin contact. No harmful after curing. Product must storage in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunshine and the temperature should not above +50℃.
2. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
3. Far away form fire and flammable and explosive items.
4. When use this product it may produce some flammable and explosive gas, so the construction environment must be ventilated. During application, please wear protective clothing、gloves、and eyes/face protection, and no smoking.
5. Great viscosity before curing, even have permeability to the fiber of clothes, should not contact clothes.
6. Place where can't be touched by child. Wash with water or go to hospital in time if the foaming contact eyes. Contact with skin, use soap and water.
